'Appartamenti Caffarena' è un complesso di 11 appartamenti a diretta gestione familiare. Le case sono situate in posizione panoramica e tranquilla, a circa 150 m dal mare, nella stupenda Baia di Porto Frailis. 6 appartamenti bilocali e 5 trilocali sono arredati in maniera semplice, curata e completa. Il tutto immerso in un bellissimo giardino mediterraneo con una zona barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. La parte centrale della baia è costituita da sabbia fine e acqua bassa, ideale anche per bambini ed è costeggiata da scogli e da una imponente torre saracena. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi facilmente, senza dover attraversare strade trafficate. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano diversi bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Il supermercato più vicino è a ca. 500 mt. Arbatax, con il suo Porto, dista ca.1 km e la cittadina di Tortolì 3 km. Die Häuser befinden sich in panoramischer und ruhiger Lage, ca. 150 m vom Meer entfernt, in der schönen Bucht von Porto Frailis. 5 3-Zimmer- und 6 2- Zimmer-Appartements sind einfach, gepflegt und vollständig eingerichtet. Alles umgeben von einem wunderschönen mediterranen Garten mit einem Grillplatz für die Gäste. Der zentrale Teil der Bucht besteht aus feinem Sand und flachem Wasser, ideal auch für Kinder und wird auf beiden Seiten von Felsen und einem Sarazenen-Turm begrenzt. Den Strand erreicht man bequem zu Fuß, ohne stark befahrene Straßen überqueren zu müssen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und Pizzerie. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Arbatax, mit seinem Hafen ist in 1 km Entfernung und die Stadt Tortoli in ca. 3 km'Apartments Caffarena' is a small residence totalling 11 units, directly managed by the owner family. Our houses are located on a panoramic and quiet area, 150 m from the seashore in the the wonderful bay of Porto Frailis. 5 three-room and 6 two-room apartments, all furnished in a simple, but accurate and complete way. A beautiful mediterranean garden with a barbecue area are at our guests disposal. The bay, with a central part of fine sand and shallow waters, also ideal for children, is bordered by rocks and a mighty saracen tower. The beach can be reached in a few minutes walk, without crossing busy roads. Within walking distance there are also several restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The nearest supermarket is at 500 m. Arbatax, with its port, is at approx.1 km distance and the small town of Tortolì at 3 km.
