Agriturismo Le Querce

In mezzo alla campagna toscana, tra gli olivi e frutti, inebriati dal profumo dei tigli e delle rose che circondano la proprietà (circa. 3 ettari), si trovano due case in pietra tipicamente toscana, una abitata dai proprietari Riccardo e Edy, l'altra composta da due appartamenti, ristrutturati nel 2010, mantenendo le caratteristiche tipiche, arredati con cura, ognuno con ingresso indipendente. Gli ospiti hanno il parcheggio e l'accesso agli appartamenti separato dai proprietari. Ogni appartamento è composto da: camera, cucina-soggiorno, bagno e un ampio spazio indipendente all'aperto con barbecue. Dalla sua posizione si può godere di un panorama meraviglioso, che spazia dal Mar Tirreno e le Isole Capraia, Elba, Corsica, alle dolci Colline ricoperte di macchia mediterranea. Un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante per trascorrere una bella vacanza in Toscana. L' Agriturismo Le Querce ha ottenuto ogni anno, a partire dal 2012, la prestigiosa Certificazione ISNART come Agriturismo di Qualità.       Farm stay “Le Querce”   Le Querce is a peaceful place amongst the Tuscan hills nestled between two medieval towns: Bibbona and Casale Marittimo. Marittimo means “sea” and in fact the coast is only 5 kms away.   The property consists of 3 hectares of olive grove and fruit trees. The owners, Riccardo and Edy lives in the main house (their Jack Russell dogs have their own separate and spacious enclosure) and the 2 apartments for their guests are some distance away. The buildings are made of stone and in the typical Tuscan style, so they are cool in the summer. In winter they are warmed by the pot belly stoves that have been installed. Each guest entrance is separate and the underground pool is large and surrounded by lawn just a short distance from the guest’s apartment.   Both apartments are made up of: double bedroom, a kitchen-lounge and a bathroom with an outside pergola for dining and a bbq. Guests have their own drive way and parking area.   From the hillside you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the Tyrrhenian Sea with its islands of Capraia, Elba and Corsica. As the eye moves toward the rolling hills they see the gently landscape covered in Mediterranean bush called “macchia” and the cultivated farmland often green with grain. Then your eyes rests upon the medieval town of Casale Marittimo just 2 kms distant.   Here is a tranquil and relaxing environment in which to spend a lovely Tuscan holiday.   In 2012 the Farm stay was awarded the prestigious certificate ISNART  in recognition of quality.
