Our guesthouse is made in wood with solar and photovoltaic panels and it is designed to be as eco-friendly as possible. It is located in Framura, a small village divided in 6 beautiful hamlets overlooking the sea, which is just 5 km far. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden, vineyards, olive and cherry trees and if you like walking, there are many breathtaking paths and unspoiled beaches to explore in the surroundings. In Summer you will have the possibility to take part to our typical fests where you will find traditional food to taste and you will enjoy the cheerful Italian countryside atmosphere. By boat, by car or by train it is also easy to reach Cinque Terre, Portofino, Portovenere, Sestri Levante, as well as Genova with its Museums and the famous Opera House: il Teato Carlo Felice. By car it is also wonderful to explore the beautiful Vara Valley which is well known for its wonderful nature and monuments.It is divided in 5 different self catering apartments, each one can host up tp 4 persons. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lawn. We provide deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. There are also a barbecue and some tables to eat outside under a the pergola. Close to the farm flows a stream, where you can swim and sunbath or just go for a short walk. We produce vegetables, different kind o f fruit, red and white wine, olive oil, honey, jam. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view, with the most beautiful sunsets you can imaging over the valley and the sea. In the evening, when the sea breeze arrives, it is always fresh and you will have the sweetest dreams you have ever had.The guesthouse is 5km far from the cost and the station. The bus stop is at just 300 meters from the house but you can also walk to the cost along a path surrounded by ancient houses, gardens and olive trees. Framura has beautiful and unspoiled beaches you can reach walking along breathtaking paths or inside an ex train tunnel which is now a pedestrian path. Finally we are next to the wonderful Cinque Terre Natinal Park which is one of the most beautiful areas in Italy. In September we are used to organize the "vendemmia" day, with a party in the evening to celebrate with our guests and in October /November the olives harvest is another occasion to party. Whereas in June we organize a taste of the new Acacia honey and in August- on the saint Lawrence's day- we organize a shooting stars night, we lie on the grass looking at the sky, we light up torches and we cook the typical pears dessert while in Framura there is a great fest with food and dances. We are used to cook pizza or bread once a week, a traditional work that I love! Moreover my husband Guido can tell you everything about the fascinating world of the bees and the honey production. Furthermore, If you are interested in yoga, I am a certificated yoga teacher and it will be a pleasure for me to practice with you. Finally I also offer Italian cooking classes to my guest to learn how to recognize, pick up and cook the local herbs or to learn how we make and cook pasta here in Liguria.
